Sponsoring or exhibiting is an effective way to build recognition for your business. Every effort is being made to provide as much face-time between sponsors/exhibitors and attendees as possible. Exhibitor information and sponsorship levels are detailed below. Each level provides a multitude of
benefits that allow you to showcase your organization, products and services, with great opportunities to interact with attendees.

Carbon Footprint Green Sponsorship - $2,000 |
First time opportunity for special Green Sponsor. Sponsorship donation pays for carbon offset credits to neutralize the environmental impact of the conference. Registration benefits negotiable. Basic Exhibitor Information
$525 MEMBER • $595 NON-MEMBER
Member Rate applies to any current member in good standing of either IRA or SWANA.
Basic exhibitor fees are *all-inclusive and entitle one (1) company representative
from your organization to attend sessions, receive conference registration
materials, meals, and a listing in the exhibitor section of the conference program.
Advertisements in the conference program can be purchased for an additional fee.
$25 late registration fee applies after May 15, 2008.

Exhibit Hall Hours And Set Up Time
Hours: Tuesday June 10, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Set Up: Monday June 9, 1:00-6:00 PM or Tuesday June 12, 7:00-10:00 AM
Tear Down: Tuesday June 10, 7:30-9:00 PM or Wed June 13, 7:00-11:00 AM

Includes 8/10 booth with pipe and drape, 6 ft. table, 2 chairs, company sign, carpeted hall.

Silent Auction
Participating in the Silent Auction is a great way to maximize face time with conference attendees. Auction items are to be valued at $25 or more. The item(s) you donate will be placed at your booth during exhibit hours with the final auction during the evening reception. Auction sheets will be provided. Silent Auction proceeds go toward each host organization's educational initiatives and scholarship funds.

Silent Auction Reception Sponsorship - $3000 |
Sponsorship donation helps to cover cost of 2 drink tickets per person during the Silent Auction Reception in the Exhibit Hall Tuesday June 10. Sponsorship will be acknowledged with dedicated sign placed by beverage station(s), acknowledgement in conference program, website and other on-site signage. Does not include registration. |
Wednesday June 11-Hot Breakfast Sponsorship - $1500 |
Sponsorship donation helps cover the cost of the hot breakfast buffet served Wednesday morning. Sponsorship will be acknowledged with dedicated sign placed by buffet table, acknowledgement in conference program, website and other on-site signage. Does not include registration. |
Wednesday June 11-Beverage Break Sponsorship - $750 |
Sponsorship donation covers cost of beverages provided at break station. Sponsorship will be acknowledged with dedicated sign placed by break station, acknowledgement in conference program, website and other on-site signage. Does not include registration. |
*All-inclusive entitles registered representative from members’ organization to attend sessions, receive conference registration materials, meals and a listing in the exhibitor section of the conference program. Golf play and tours are an additional fee. All-inclusive does not apply to Break or Golf Hole Sponsorships.
