Welcome Reception will be held at Arlington Park, in close proximity to the conference hotel. The "Simply Divine" event includes a two hour buffet, three hour beer and wine bar with soft drinks, coffee and tea, a DJ and dance floor. The room is located on the upper level of the Arlington Park field house and has clear glass walls on the north and south sides for a great view of the race track and grounds. There will be TV monitors showing horse races from all over the world, and our own Fantasty Race featuring sponsoring companies in a simulated race for glory and fame. A private mutuel window will also be available.(shuttle bus schedule will be posted, also free parking available) |
