In addition, sponsorship levels above will receive recognition in the conference program,
a banner denoting sponsorship, and a listing in the attendee registration brochure.

Basic Exhibitor Information

Rates subject to change by date:

By April 20: $450 MEMBER • $550 NON-MEMBER
April 20- May 18: $495 MEMBER • $595 NON-MEMBER
May 18 and after: *$25 late processing fee added

Member Rate applies to any current member in good standing of either IRA, ILCSWMA or SWANA.
Basic exhibitor fees are *all-inclusive and entitle one (1) company representative
from your organization to attend sessions, receive conference registration
materials, meals, and a listing in the exhibitor section of the conference program.
Advertisements in the conference program can be purchased for an additional fee.

Exhibit Hall Hours And Set Up Time

Hours: Tuesday June 12, 10:15 AM to 8:00 PM

Set Up: Monday June 11, 1:00-6:00 PM or Tuesday June 12, 7:00-10:00 AM

Tear Down: Tuesday June 12, 8:00-9:00 PM or Wed June 13, 7:00-11:00 AM

Booth Details

Each booth is 10' W x 8' D and includes 8' back drape, 3' side panels, a 6' draped display table, 2 folding chairs, a waste basket, and a 44" sign with company name and booth number. The exibit hall is carpeted. When registration with payment is received, an Exhibitor Service Packet will be sent containing additional information.

Silent Auction

Participating in the Silent Auction is a great way to maximize face time with conference attendees. Auction items are to be valued at $25 or more. The item(s) you donate will be placed at your booth during exhibit hours with the final auction during the evening reception. Auction sheets will be provided. Silent Auction proceeds go toward each host organization's educational initiatives and scholarship funds.

Golf Hole - $200	(a $285 value, you save $85) Includes one (1) golf player fee from sponsoring company
Golf Hole with Foursome - $440	(a $520 value, you save $80) Includes four (4) golf player fees from sponsoring company
Both Golf Hole Sponsorships include I.D. sign at golf course denoting your organization, and recognition in conference program.
Break - Tuesday Exhibit Hall Grand Opening - $950	Includes I.D sign to be placed on break table denoting sponsorship, and recognition in the conference program.
Break -Tuesday Afternoon Break in Exhibit Hall - $850

*All-inclusive entitles registered representative from members’ organization to attend sessions, receive conference registration materials, meals and a listing in the exhibitor section of the conference program. Golf play and tours are an additional fee. All-inclusive does not apply to Break or Golf Hole Sponsorships.
