Departing via chartered bus from Holiday Inn City Centre 9:00 AM SHARP.

Returning to Holiday Inn City Centre by 5:00 PM.

Certifications & Trainings
Also on Monday June 11, Each Host Organization will offer a separate and optional day long certification seminar or training workshop. The sessions will run concurrently and focus on Recycling, Enforcement and Technical topics respectively. Attendance is not restricted to the members of any organization. Any attendee may register for any session.
Cost is $75 for Members and $100 for Non-Members. (Includes lunch)

USGBC LEED Basic Study Course—SWANA (9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
So what's the LEED AP STUDY SESSION all about? Reviewing LEED 2.2 credits in the LEED-NC rating system and the things you've learned in the LEED Workshops so that you can take the LEED AP Exam. Successfully passing the exam allows you to be considered a LEED Accredited Professional. This seminar reviews the LEED NC Version 2.2 and the LEED 2.2 Reference Guide for those who are preparing to take the LEED Accredited Professional Exam.

The U.S. waste management and recycling industry is undergoing seismic changes. This will continue, with public and private officials to be called on in the next few years to do things differently. Will you be ready to address climate change issues? Where are we headed in terms of product stewardship concepts? Are the ideas currently being discussed sensible and feasible? In the conference's opening session, Jerry Powell will assess key trends and offer a handful of predictions on where waste management is going.
